Conference Registration Fees

The conference registration fee includes:
 
  • Accommodation and full board (breakfast, lunches and dinners) for the duration of the conference
  • (4 nights: arrival on Sunday 26 May 2013, departure on Thursday 30 May 2013)
  • Participation to oral, poster and discussion sessions of the conference

Accommodation will be at the conference centre or in nearby hotels (i.e. walking distance or with free transport to and from the conference site). For double room accommodation, please indicate if you have a preference for sharing the room with another conference participant. Lunches and dinners will be at the conference site. NOTES:

  • Option open primarily for practitioners in the field of post-disaster reconstruction
  • Option only applicable to participants not presenting any paper or poster; however you will be able to
  • participate in all formal and informal discussions and workshops
  • Please specify in your registration on which day(s) you intend to participate in the conference
  • All participants attending the conference need to complete their registration and payment at least 3
  • weeks before the beginning of the conference
  • Participants attending the conference for only 1 or 2 days cannot be accommodated at the Hotel
  • Monte Verità of the Centro Stefano Franscini and need to find their own accommodation.


Grants

Participants registering as students must send proof of their status in order to be accepted. This can be done by attaching the student status proof (PDF file) to the e-mail address i-recconference2013@supsi.ch.

Travel grants will be awarded to selected non-funded students. Please send an application including a CV and a recommendation letter to the e-mail address i-recconference2013@supsi.ch. . Deadline: BEFORE 31 DECEMBER 2012. Student presentations are eligible for the Centro Stefano Franscini award, assigned to the best presentation given at the conference by a young scientist.
